Refund Policy

At Trend Flow Studio, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the services we provide. Below is our refund policy, designed to address any situation in which our clients may require a refund or alternative solution. 

Deadline for Claiming a Refund

The User has the right to request a refund within five (5) business days after receiving the contracted service. 

Options Available to the User

When submitting a refund request, the User shall specify whether he/she wishes to 

  • The return of the money, or 
  • The repetition of the requested service, with the objective of guaranteeing your satisfaction. 

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To initiate the refund process, the User must: 

  • Notify Trend Flow Studio in writing by sending an email to [email protected].
  • Include in the mailing:
  • Full name. 
  • Date of transaction. 
  • Details of the service purchased. 
  • Specific reason for the reimbursement request.
  • Attach any evidence to support the request (e.g. screenshots, related emails, etc.).

Reimbursement Processing

  • Upon receipt of the application, Trend Flow Studio will perform a thorough review of the application. 
  • If the request is approved, the reimbursement will be processed within fifteen (15) business days of approval. 
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the User when purchasing the service. 

Exclusions and Restrictions

The right to reimbursement does not apply in the following cases: 

  • If the service has been fully delivered and the User does not provide evidence that it did not meet the agreed standards. 
  • If the request for reimbursement is submitted outside the five (5) business day period. 
  • If the User provided incorrect or incomplete information that affected the delivery of the service. 

Customized or Non-Refundable Services

Some personalized services, due to their nature, may be subject to specific non-refundable terms. These terms will be communicated to the User prior to contracting the service.

Modifications to the Refund Policy
