1. Definitions:

1.1. “Affiliate”: means any natural or legal person who joins the Trend Flow Studio affiliate program.

1.2. “Services”: All products and services offered by Trend Flow Studio.

2. Adherence to the Program:

All affiliates must complete the registration process and be approved by Trend Flow Studio before beginning to promote services.

3. Obligations of the Affiliate:

3.1. The affiliate shall use only marketing materials provided by Trend Flow Studio.

3.2. Affiliates may not make false or misleading statements about Trend Flow Studio services.

4. Promotion Restrictions:

Affiliates may not use promotional methods that may be considered invasive or unethical, such as spam.

5. Commission Scheme:

Commissions will be paid according to the scheme previously established in the reseller program.

6. Payment:

6.1. Commissions will be paid at the end of each month, provided the affiliate has reached the established minimum threshold.

6.2. Payments will be made via the method the affiliate selected during registration.

7. Confidentiality:

All information shared between Trend Flow Studio and the affiliate must be treated as confidential.

8. Termination:

8.1. Trend Flow Studio may terminate the relationship with any affiliate if it believes that they have violated any terms of this policy.

8.2. In the event of termination, any outstanding commission will be paid to the reseller in the next payment cycle.

9. Responsibilities and Disclaimers:

9.1. The affiliate is responsible for any claim arising from his/her promotional actions.

9.2. Trend Flow Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage that the affiliate may suffer as a result of its promotional efforts.

10. Relationship between the Parties:

The affiliate is an independent contractor and is not considered an employee, agent, partner, or representative of Trend Flow Studio.

11. Policy Changes:

Trend Flow Studio reserves the right to modify this policy at any time by providing resellers with 15 days prior notice.

12. Legislation and Jurisdiction:

This policy is regulated by the laws of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of said country.
